Deposit & Payment

• Regular Deposits: $50

• Studio Deposits (7-10 Days Prior to Date): $75

• All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your booking. Deposits go toward your total session price.

• Remaining payment must be paid in full at the time of the shoot. I accept CASH or  Apple Pay.

Additional Fees

• Travel fees apply for locations 10 miles or more from 4101 Bellaire Blvd.

• Any parking or entry fees at the chosen location will be added to your total session cost.

Turnaround

• Standard turnaround time: 72 hours for delivered images.

• Faster turnaround options are available as add-ons for an additional price.

Late Policy​

• No-call/no-show clients will be charged $75 and may be banned from future bookings.

Liability Disclaimer

The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or damaged items, venue-related issues, or delays and disruptions caused by weather, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond their control. Participation in the photography session is at the Client’s own risk.

Editing Style Disclaimer
Clients acknowledge my raw/natural editing style when purchasing a session.

• Unedited gallery: $100

• Additional edits: $7–$10 per image

Photo Usage Rights

• The Photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients may use delivered photos for personal use, including personal websites, portfolios, and social media. Any commercial use, resale, or third-party licensing requires prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.

Comments Sections Please share any inspiration, ideas, reference images, or must-have shots you’d like us to consider for your session. These details help guide the photoshoot, though final image selection and creative direction remain at the Photographer’s discretion.
